President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an Order on the establishment of “Karabakh University” in the city of Khankendi.
In accordance with the “I State Program on the Great Return to the Occupied Territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan” approved by Decree No. 3587 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated November 16, 2022, reconstruction, sustainable development of the territories liberated from occupation and ensuring a high standard of living in those territories large-scale reconstruction works are being carried out.
Under the presidential Order, the “Karabakh University” public legal entity shall be established under the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan based on the higher educational institution located in the city of Khankendi.
